These terms apply when you order from La Sierra Mexican Food ("we", "us") on this website. By placing an order, you agree to them. This website is run for us by our online ordering provider.

Your order

Placing an order sends it to our kitchen, and it is confirmed when we accept it. We may decline an order — for example, when an item has run out.

Placing an order puts a hold on the card; your card is charged when the restaurant confirms.

If we decline your order, or don't accept it in time, the hold is released and you are not charged. Either way, we tell you by email.

Your confirmation and order updates go to the email address you give us.

Prices, tax and fees

Prices are shown on the menu, and sales tax is added at checkout. Online orders carry an ordering fee, shown at checkout, which the restaurant pays to its online ordering provider. You see the full total before you pay.

Pickup

Orders are for pickup only, and pickup times are estimates.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

An order can't be changed or cancelled on this website once it is placed. To ask about one, contact us at (385) 456-5219.

Refunds are at the restaurant's discretion after the order has been accepted. That includes an order that is accepted but never collected: it has been made and paid for, and the restaurant may keep the payment.

Allergies

Menu descriptions may not list every ingredient, and we can't promise that any dish is free of an allergen. If you have a food allergy, contact us at (385) 456-5219 before you order. The order note is for collection instructions, not for changes to your food.

Offers by text and email

Offers are optional, and you never have to agree to them to order. If you tick the box at checkout, you agree to receive offers from La Sierra Mexican Food by text and email. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Every offer email has a way to unsubscribe.

Order updates are not offers. They are part of your order, and they are sent whether or not you tick the box.

Using this website

Please don't place an order you don't mean to pay for and collect, use a card you aren't allowed to use, or try to interfere with the website. We may decline orders that do.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where La Sierra Mexican Food is located.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the terms shown when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
